CONTRACT FOLLOW UP SERIES
There three different potential situations we deal with when it comes to the agreement. These three sign up forms deal with the scenarios we face when following up to get the agreement and payment so we can hold the date as they progress. If they move from one to the other make sure to take them out of the old list.
NO CONTRACT NO PAYMENT:
This sign up form is for when we do not have a contract or a payment. These emails follow up to get both the contract and payment. Put them in this list immediately when the contract is sent. Take them off this list when you move them to once of the lists below or we receive both the contract and payment and process the bookin
CONTRACT RECEIVED NO PAYMENT:
If we receive the signed agreement but no payment take them off the no contract no payment list and add them to this one. This list is for when we have a signed agreement but no 50% initial payment. The emails follow up to get the payment. Take them off of this list once we receive payment.
PAYMENT RECEIVED NO CONTRACT:
If they pay but do not sign their agreement add them to this list to follow up and get them to sign the agreement. Take them out once we have a signed agreement and payment.
